Key Responsibilities
- Assists with verification of the final quality of products on the production line.
- Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects.
- Separates products that do not have the desired technical specification, using basic measurement techniques and equipment.
- Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems.
- Follows the norms and standards of quality defined by the company.
- Asegurar la liberación del producto y/o detener la continuidad de producción fuera del plan de control
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a las contenciones requeridas ante un problema de calidad y generar alerta de calidad ademas de difundirla.
- Verificar que la información técnica este actualizada para cumplir con el sistema de calidad
- Mantener información actualizada del material no conforme y asegurar la no utilización
- Cumplir con los reglamentos de seguridad, medio ambiente y procesos de mejora
