Accounting Mgmt 1

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Financial Preparation: Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Amortization & Insurance: Assist with amortization schedules and inter-company charges for risk insurance.
- Inter-Company Accounting: Assist with inter-company loan schedules and journal entries.
- Tax & Reporting: Preparation of property tax renditions and amortization journal entries.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Partner directly with plant managers, project leads, and department heads to verify asset status and resolve discrepancies.
- Time Management: Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet strict period-end close deadlines.
- Adaptability & Collaboration:



Work collaboratively within the team while maintaining flexibility to adjust pace as project volumes fluctuate.
- Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 0 to 2 years of accounting experience (experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus).

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.

Soft Skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
- Clear communication skills.
