As an Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE), you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of automotive electronic products by driving quality planning activities throughout the product development lifecycle. You will serve as the quality lead during new program development, identifying and mitigating risks, validating products and processes, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and automotive industry requirements. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Supplier Quality, and Operations teams, you will help build robust quality systems that support flawless product launches and operational excellence.

Responsibilities




- Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and ensure all program quality deliverables are completed according to customer and internal milestones.
- Drive quality planning throughout product and process development, including review and approval of Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and related documentation.
- Identify product and manufacturing risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues.
- Coordinate and manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements and production readiness.
- Monitor launch quality performance and lead containment, corrective action, and issue resolution activities during product launches.
- Analyze quality trends, launch metrics, and process performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence effort
