Quality Engineer
IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
This position is essential for customer relations, ensuring trust, transparency, and meeting expectations. Proper complaint management, corrective actions, and quality documentation avoid penalties,



strengthen the company's image, and ensure business continuity. The Quality Engineer provides the opportunity to become the voice of the customer within the plant, influencing the quality strategy and improving internal processes. Additionally, they develop key skills for future positions as Customer Quality Manager or Quality Leader in the automotive industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring root cause analysis and defining corrective/preventive actions.
- Issue and manage quality documentation: PPAP, IMDS, engineering changes, and deviations.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring their implementation and closure.
- Analyze and document non-quality costs for customer complaints, debits, and charges.
