As a CX Strategy Intern at Didi, you will have the chance to actively contribute to initiatives that shape our customer experience, touching the lives of millions of people every day. You'll work closely with a dynamic team, assisting in project planning, execution, and analysis, all while developing valuable skills in business strategy, data analysis, and customer experience management.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of daily operational routines and preliminary analyses within the Budget to Payment (B2P) process.
- Support the team in monitoring financial controlling processes across different regions to ensure alignment.
- Consolidate and organize granular expenditure details to maintain a structured database, ensuring data readiness for financial reporting and budget tracking.
