Role:
Procure and manage the materials needed for the company's operation, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities.
- Determine the needs for materials, products or services that the company requires, whether for stock replenishment or regular operational requirements.
- Maintain an adequate stock to meet demand, avoiding both shortages and overstocks.
- Organizes the flow of materials within the manufacturing unit and the transferring of materials to and from the inventory or warehouse.
Education requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree: In international business, International Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers, or about to graduate in fields related to Supply Chain preferred.
- Intermediate English Conversational
Planning and Organizing:
- Minimum of 1 year in procurement-related roles (purchasing, planning), preferably within these area
Problem Solving:
- Uses varying problem-solving approaches and techniques as appropriate.
- Excel and Office Intermediate proficiency
Relationship Management:
- Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
- Works with suppliers/clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Knowledge in system MRP Proficiency
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
