About the role
The Quality Engineer plays a key role in increasing customer satisfaction by ensuring product compliance with engineering specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This position focuses on defect prevention, strong process control, statistical quality tools, and standardized procedures while driving continuous improvement of quality performance indicators. Your work will directly impact product reliability, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:




- Evaluating compliance with product engineering specifications and initiating corrective actions when variation is detected.
- Designing, implementing, and assessing quality assurance procedures using SPC, sampling techniques, MES systems, and standardized quality processes.
- Leading and supporting problem solving activities for customer, process, or supplier issues using Six Sigma, A3, 8D, and Red X methodologies.
- Coordinating containment actions and corrective actions with engineering, manufacturing, and cross functional teams.
- Driving continuous improvement of key quality indicators including FPY, leakage, scrap, and rework.
- Training operational personnel on quality assurance and quality control concepts and tools.
- Participating in new product development and product/process changes, ensuring alignment with quality and engineering requirements.
