CarInspector.io is a fast-growing U.S.based company that provides pre-purchase vehicle inspections across the United States. We work directly with U.S. customers and a nationwide network of independent mechanics to help buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a vehicle.
We are building our call center operations in Matamoros and are looking for English-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are professional, courteous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from U.S.based customers:
- Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally in English:
- Provide calm and helpful assistance, even during stressful or high-pressure calls:
- Assist customers with scheduling inspections and answering questions
- Coordinate with mechanics to confirm availability and job details
- Provide updates on inspection status, rescheduling, and follow-ups
- Accurately enter and update information in our internal systems
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English — required:
- Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner
- Ability to remain calm and effective during stressful situations:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong computer skills required:
- Able to work with multiple browser tabs while on calls
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
$14,000 - $20,000 MXN per month, based on experience
