Your Impact
- Process purchase orders for equipment:
Ensure timely and accurate creation and closure of purchase orders for soda-related equipment, following established procedures and vendor guidelines.
- Overdue Invoice Resolution:
Proactively addressing and resolving overdue invoices to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Manage inventory within internal systems:
Monitor and update inventory records in internal platforms to maintain accuracy and support demand planning and fulfillment activities.
- Maintain purchasing and inventory reports:
Generate and update reports that track purchasing activity and inventory levels, providing visibility to stakeholders and supporting operational decision-making (forecasting, Capital reports, etc.).
- Automation Tool Development:
Design and implement automation solutions to optimize purchasing processes and enhance efficiency.
