This is a remote, performance-driven role focused on building long-term customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close new business opportunities in cross-border logistics
- Prospect and identify importers/exporters operating between Mexico and the U.S.
- Present 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics solutions
- Build long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, shippers, and freight partners
- Coordinate closely with operations and compliance teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain sales (cross-border preferred)
- Strong understanding of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and compliance
- Familiarity with U.S.Mexico shipping processes
- Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection





Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, or cross-border logistics services
- Established book of business or industry relationships in U.S.Mexico trade corridors
- Knowledge of Incoterms, HTS codes, and customs brokerage processes
- Experience with customs clearance and freight forwarding operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems for pipeline management and sales tracking
- Experience working directly with Mexican customs processes
- Mexican Customs Broker License (Agente Aduanal) strongly preferred
