The Senior UX Design Lead will be responsible for the UX Design portfolio of Arrow, collaborating with different teams and setting the best practices and guidelines for UX and Ui.

- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement Design Operations strategies that enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and output quality across all UX functions.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in design workflows and introduce improvements in research, design, handoff, and feedback loops.
- Tooling & Systems Management: Oversee the selection, integration, and management of UX tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, design systems, prototyping tools, research repositories) to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
