The organization manages the relationships with the millions of merchants around the world that accepts American Express and runs the company’s payment network and manages bank partnerships globally.

Global Strategy and Operations (GSOP) is looking for a Manager - Regulatory Change Management (RCM) focused on ensuring program governance and compliance oversight is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.

The Manager RCM will:
- Execute on the RCM Program Governance and Oversight framework, offering support and risk advice to front-line business teams regarding execution plans for changes linked to new or updated laws and regulatory mandates that affect the GMNS business.
