A position has opened in Honeywell _SPS/PPE for an ambitious Demand Planning Professional. You will report to the SIOP Leader / Demand Planning Manager with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.

As a Sr Demand Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and aligning volume & revenue forecasts for assigned businesses and or channels. You will ensure that regional sales forecasts are visible, planned and supported through the supply chain while delivering customer satisfaction and improving inventory and working capital year over year.



This position will interface with sales and marketing organizations, utilizing statistics, sales projects, and market intelligence to develop a rolling 18 month SKU level demand plan. This position is the linkage between sales forecasting, marketing programs and manufacturing, bringing closer alignment to the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create baseline demand plan converting sales plans to unit production requirements and benchmarking against demand plan.
- Facilitate regional demand planning meetings with direct interaction and input from sales and marketing.
- Provide pro-active professional gap analysis of demand, financial, supply plans. Articulate risks and opportunities of current demand in short and long term vs. revenue plans/AOP
- Document major assumptions in the demand plan, including the coordination of new products, projects, promotions, events and/or customer pla
