This is a full-time position, not to be combined with other employment. This is not a call center position, you are not just another number for us.
We offer:
- Hourly compensation range:$5-$7 USD per hour:
- A regular schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.5 p.m (CT) with weekends off:
- Customized training and ongoing training
- 10 days of PTO every year

To qualify you must:
- Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (C1 or C2 English Level)
- Have previous customer care and administrative experience
- Be tech savvy: we work with different platforms all the time.
- Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, and microphone
- Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection Have a comfortable, quiet working space
- Have full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.5 p.m. (CT)
A remote customer service representative will:
- Research and validate information in our database
- Provide general information about the company and services to inquiries
- Maintain high standards of quality consistent
