Position Overview





At Siemens Digital Industries Software, our TechOps team keeps critical customer environments stable, secure, and ready for what is next. You will work at the intersection of cloud operations, enterprise software, and customer success—learning fast while helping global organizations run their most important engineering platforms.

This role is based in Mexico City or Monterrey with on-site training and a hybrid work model. You'll bring 3+ years of professional experience in technical roles and a passion for solving meaningful customer challenges while growing with a global team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve support tickets and incidents end-to-end, using structured troubleshooting, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset.
- Help operate, monitor, configure, update, and continuously improve enterprise software environments, primarily Teamcenter and Opcenter, across cloud and on-premises lan
