Fender Musical Instruments (FMI) is looking for a Safety Manager for our Ensenada, Mexico location. Will be responsible for providing management and leadership for Fender Ensenada health & safety programs and delivering best in class solutions that drive a safety culture based on accountability. You will be responsible for the continuous development of Environment, Health, and Safety Policies and Procedures as well as effective implementation of these policies. You are ultimately responsible for having an effective workplace safety program and culture in place. This position directs the resources and activities of the organization to support the Safety programs and initiatives by providing advice and guidance. The Safety Manager is people focused and partners with Operations to drive a safe, world-class organization. This position reports directly to the VP of Manufacturing (Plant Manager).

- Maintain safety standards and initiatives that improve performance, reduce risk, mitigate incident frequency and severity, and meet regulatory/compliance requirements.
