- Implement and manage HR digital systems and platforms to streamline processes such as employee onboarding, performance management, and HR analytics.
- Provide technical support and training to HR teams and employees on digital tools and systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize and integrate digital solutions for talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning, and development.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in HR digital operations.
- Support HR Business Partners across the region and provide guidance on HR tools and processes.

Technical Requirements (Education, Experience, and Specific Knowledge)
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience with Human Resources Management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of ticket management systems, ServiceNow (Oracle experience is a plus).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal communication).
- Spanish proficiency will be considered a plus.
