About the role

We are a US based marketing agency serving home service and contractor businesses. You will own 15 to 25 active Google Ads accounts end to end, including strategy, performance, and direct client communication. You report into our internal team but you run your accounts without hand holding.

Client calls happen in English. Fluent spoken and written English is required, not preferred. If you are not comfortable leading a strategy call in English, this role will not be a fit.

What you will own

You will build and optimize search campaigns, keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies. You will scale accounts profitably based on performance data,



verify conversion tracking and data accuracy, run ongoing optimization, and lead client calls on strategy, results, and next steps. You will collaborate with our internal team on landing pages, CRO, and tracking, and keep clean reporting and documentation.

What we require

Proven senior level experience managing and scaling multiple Google Ads accounts at the same time. Strong command of search campaigns and the analytical skill to read performance and act on it. Fluent English, spoken and written. The ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate proactively. Experience with service based or local businesses is a strong plus.
