We’re looking for bilingual Customer Service Agents to join our team
You’ll assist patients with questions, and claims, and ensure accurate medical information in our system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to billing inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and payments.
- Review and correct medical codes.

Location: Blvd Gustavo Díaz Ordaz 3102, Santa María, 64650 Monterrey, N.L.
Full-time: 40 per week (between 7am-7pm)
Pay: $11,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
