More About The Role




This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Industrial) in Apodaca with Signify.
- Strategic sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing, commodity, supply base, and supplier strategies to achieve cost reduction and performance goals.
- Supplier management: Scout, select, develop, and manage suppliers while ensuring quality, delivery, sustainability, and performance standards.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business/technical needs and translate them into effective supplier strategies.
- Negotiation & risk management: Lead tenders, negotiate contracts, and identify and mitigate supplier-related risks.
- Procurement excellence: Drive initiatives such as Value Engineering, DfX, early supplier involvement, and supplier development, while mentoring junior team members.
