How The Day Will Look Like
As a Benefits Analyst, you will support the administration of employee benefit programs for our clients and play a key role in process improvements, renewals and change initiatives. You will:
- Support the administration of employee benefits for a portfolio of integral clients,
ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with agreed processes and SLAs.
- Generate and analyze reports on member activity and benefit utilization, providing insights to internal teams and clients.
- Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and clients, offering clear and timely information and coordinating resolutions as needed.
- Participate in and sometimes lead change projects that impact team workflows and renewal processes, including testing system changes and updating knowledge documentation.
- Support and guide Benefits Processors by acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalations, complaints, and corrective actions, ensuring they are managed proactively through to closure.
- Collaborate closely with Client Service Managers to align on technical/legislative changes, service levels, and new client requirements.
- Work with Global Benefits/Broking teams to review new benefits
