Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Client Services to support clients in audience adoption and usage guidelines. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure campaigns succeed.
In this hybrid Mexico City role, you will act as the primary contact for technical issues, help develop internal processes, report bugs, analyze client reports, and assist in optimizing audiences while supporting sales to increase client value.
