- Assists in creating the MS PowerPoint presentation when required.
- Participates as collaborator in the Electronic Documentation System as required.
- Translates all documentation from English to Spanish and vice versa as required, using the proper computer software.
- Participates in projects review or change requests (CR), as well as to determine missing information in them.
- Assists in converting documents to the internal/corporate format.
- Participates in projects or engineering change requests when required.
- Maintains control and recordkeeping validation.
- Participates in redlining and/or document corrections.
- Requests documentation and information to various divisions as required.
- Generates reports as necessary.
- Follows the established customer service metric to process CR’s.
- Participates in Lean Thinking projects and adheres to the standard ‘5’ S’s.
