We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team and support the construction of a large-scale data center project in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on-site, ensuring full compliance with project requirements, Mexican regulations, client standards, and industry best practices. This role will work closely with project management teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to promote a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. - Implement, monitor, and continuously improve project-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits,



and assessments to verify compliance with project requirements, Mexican regulations, client standards, and industry best practices.
- Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with approved HSE plans, safe work practices, permit-to-work systems, and project safety procedures.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through daily engagement with site personnel and project leadership.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, risk awareness campaigns, and workforce safety initiatives.
- Review and evaluate Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures before execution.
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, excavation works, electrical activities, confined space entry, and hot work operations.
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action follow-up to prevent recurrence.
