You Are
UST is searching for a Scrum Master who will facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
The Opportunity
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, QA teams,



and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver business value
- Manage Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, work item tracking, dashboards, and reporting
- Maintain ADO hygiene and structure so that status is transparent and self-service for teams and stakeholders, minimizing the need for manual status requests
- Track sprint progress using Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, capacity, sprint commitments, and release readiness
- Identify and remove delivery impediments while proactively managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across technology, data, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
- Translate Azure DevOps data into executive-friendly reporting (dashboards, presentations) for project leadership and stakeholders
