G&W; Electric Co. seeks an accomplished operations leader to oversee Production, Warehouse and Maintenance at the plant in Mexico. You will set objectives, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will build a high-performance team, develop budget plans, manage capacity, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 while aligning with customer demand and growth plans.
