What You'll Do
The Bracing & Supports Product Specialist is responsible for providing advanced orthopedic product technical support to internal and external customers, Customer Care Associates, Sales Representatives as well as end-users (patients) via direct calls, teams, faxes and email communications.
Responsibilities
- Provide orthopedic product technical assistance to internal and external customers through emails and phone conversations.
- Provide product recommendations for customers, end-users and field sales representatives.
- Troubleshoot product questions and complex issues to provide resolution and improved customer service.
- Handle and resolve complex customer issues and escalated customer calls, ensuring effective long-term problem resolution and an improved customer experience.
- Document and record all injury complaints within Agile.
- Provide product education to new hired Customer Care Associates, existing Care team members and Enovis em
