The Opportunity

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to serve as a key connection between our customers, Sales team, and internal operations.

In this role, you'll manage the customer order process from entry through shipment,



support returns and repairs, and build strong relationships with key customers. You'll work across departments to solve problems, keep orders moving, and create solutions that make it easier for our customers to do business with TDK-Lambda.

What You'll Do
- Manage customer orders and RMAs from initial request through processing, scheduling, and shipment.
- Review orders for accuracy and compliance with applicable terms, conditions, contracts, and ISO requirements.
- Enter and maintain customer orders in our ERP system, assign delivery dates, and provide timely order acknowledgments.
- Monitor order and RMA backlogs to ensure products and repairs remain on schedule.
- Proactively communicate order status, shipping updates, delays, and changes to customers.
