The role supports the NORTAM Sr.



Quality Manager by ensuring a consistent cascade of quality objectives, targets, and performance measurements, using a targeted approach to continuous improvement across the organization. It also contributes to business growth by partnering with business development to interpret customer requirements and develop cost-effective, efficient solutions, while collaborating with operational teams to identify and mitigate risks, eliminate waste, standardize and streamline processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. The position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and strict adherence to customer, legal, and site/country and regional QHS&E; management system requirements, maintaining full alignment with CEVA’s global and NORTAM frameworks.
