How will you make an impact in this role?

The Partner Operational Project Analyst leads and governs high-impact partner operational initiatives for issuers and acquirers across the Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) region.

This role holds end-to-end accountability for complex implementations, operational performance, and partner experience outcomes.



It operates with regional visibility, contributing to operating model alignment, risk governance, and strategic execution across multiple LAC markets.

The position serves as a key operational advisor within regional forums, ensuring local market execution aligns with integral standards while reflecting regional regulatory, commercial, and operational realities.
- Lead a regional portfolio of complex, multi-market projects and strategic initiatives, owning end-to-end program governance, execution discipline, risk oversight, and delivery outcomes aligned to business and financial objectives.
