We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable SpecialistThis role plays a key part in managing invoicing, collections, cash flow visibility, and month-end close processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in AR, bookkeeping, or construction accounting
- Strong English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- _Familiarity with_ QuickBooks_ _or Foundation Software_
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer invoicing and collections
- Track receivables, prepare lien releases, and ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain and monitor change orders and cash flow projections
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
