We are looking for disciplined media buyers who think clearly, execute fast, and care about winning.

Responsibilities
- Launch 50-150 video ads daily (creatives provided)
- Monitor campaigns continuously throughout the day
- Pause underperformers and scale winners proactively, not reactively
- Accurately track and mark video performance in our internal dashboard
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the team
- Work independently while keeping leadership informed

Requirements:
- MUST be available 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday
- MUST have a stable internet connection — no exceptions




- MUST be responsive on Slack and internal communication tools
- Solid understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) media buying fundamentals:
- Strong critical thinking skills — problem solvers only
- Extreme attention to detail and discipline
- Self-motivated, competitive, and execution-focused
- Not looking for a “job” — looking for performance-based upside

Compensation
- This is a 100% performance-based role.
- 5% of net profits you generate:
- No base salary, no hourly pay, no guarantees

To set expectations clearly:
Based on current volume, 5% of profits typically equals MX$34,000 - MX$68,000 MXN per month, depending on performance.
Top performers can exceed this as volume scales.
