The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our Guadalajara team. This role focuses almost entirely on outbound phone calls to potential clients who have already:
- Contacted our firm
- Completed a consultation
- Received a quote for legal services
- Not yet made a decision
Your responsibility is to follow up, address objections, build confidence, and close.
This is not cold calling. These are warm, qualified leads. The difference between “thinking about it” and “moving forward” is often a well-handled conversation—and that is where you come in.
What You Will Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients who have been quoted but have not retained the firm
- Identify and overcome common objections (price, timing, fear, uncertainty, competing priorities)
- Clearly explain the value of professional legal representation in a calm, confident, and ethical manner
- Guide clients toward a decision and close retainers over the phone
- Accurately document call outcomes and next steps in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with intake and legal teams to ensure a smooth handoff once a client retains
Who We Are Looking For
This role is not entry-level. We are looking for someone who already understands phone sales and closing.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in phone-based sales, ideally in professional services (legal, financial, medical, insurance, or similar)
- Strong closing skills and comfort asking directly for the sale
