Job Summary:
The Master Production Scheduler leads a team of schedulers and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the production schedule (S&OP; process) and customer service relationship. The role ensures production runs smoothly, efficiently, meets quality standards and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Find and solve scheduling problems; recommend ways to improve the process.
- Work with other departments to fix product issues and meet customer and business needs.
- Manage complex production schedules, considering factors like worker capacity, inventory,



machine downtime, and product quality.

Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Engineering or Administration or International business.
- Advanced English skills.
- Master´s degree and/or CPMI certification is desirable.
