The Manager,
Direct Fulfillment Operations is the primary interface to the Manufacturing Partner site and is accountable for Manage end-to-end Customer Orders fulfillment. This position manages a team of Direct Fulfillment Program Managers that orchestrate manufacturing operations and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the best value to our Customers. This leadership position works with the Director of Regional Operations, and supports one or more Manufacturing Partners and requires strong knowledge on Supply Chain management processes.
What you do
- Accountable for driving adequate capacity planning and manufacturing delivery execution in the Direct Fulfillment area.
- Builds strong organization with leadership bench strength, capabilities for the future, engagement, and Cisco culture.
- Manages a team of professional-level Direct Fulfillment Program Managers.
- Communicate plans, priorities, and roadmaps for Direct Fulfillment Operations team to execute and meet required performance and results requirements.
