THE POSITION:
Due to growth, we're looking to fill the critical position of Property Services Maintenance Coordinator (PSMXCO). This position reports to the Property Services Manager.

Our PSMXCO's are highly valued and respected members of our team.
They are focused on advocating for the property's best interest, ensuring the right repairs are being made, efficiently reviewing any and all WO's submitted by our Tenants and/or Internal team, assigning the best and most cost-efficient vendor to each WO based on our preferred vendor list, and delivering great customer service and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Diligently manage work orders so our managed properties are properly maintained and our customers (Owners and Tenants) are happy.
- Document the details of each work order as it evolves from start to finish.
- Find relevant vendors and service providers.
- Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
- Purchasing any appliances, or materials that may be required.
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
