Max ASP is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to help convert quotations into wins and grow long-term customer relationships for a leading machine‑building client in the North American market.

If you enjoy consultative conversations, moving opportunities forward, and building trust with B2B customers, this role gives you a structured sales process, coaching, and international exposure—without weekend work.

What you’ll do
- Own quote follow-up and move opportunities from “sent” to closed/won:
- Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing commercial conversations (U.S./Canada)
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries on products, services, and quotations:
- Keep the CRM accurate (next steps, stakeholder notes, close dates, forecast)
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and fast turnaround
- Learn customer goals and recommend value‑driven solutions (consultative selling)

What we’re looking for
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience with B2B customers, ideally U.S. or Canada
- Background in sales, customer success/support, marketing, or related roles
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment (WFH + office)
- Curious learner—interested in sales strategy and continuous improvement
