About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Program Managerto drive automation strategies across our global manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of automation and controls solutions, connecting people, processes, and technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability. You will play a key role in shaping Industry 4.0 initiatives, defining global standards, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance our manufacturing capabilities and support our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Associate Director - Program Manager (Automation Program Implementation),



you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading automation initiatives across global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals
- Driving the design, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing systems, including controls and equipment integration
- Leading cross-functional teams (IT, OT, Manufacturing, Engineering) to deliver scalable and standardized automation solutions
- Managing automation programs end-to-end, including planning, risk management, supplier coordination, and execution
- Defining and deploying general automation standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
