Accountant.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to support the company’s financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, including journal entries.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Oversee electronic invoicing and billing activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Process and record payroll transactions, as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness,



and timeliness of financial data.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Valid Mexican passport and visa preferred.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
