ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Web Project Manager to lead website projects from kickoff to launch for our website design team. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team (UX UI design, development, QA, and content) while keeping timelines, priorities, and communication clear, calm, and professional in English. This role is idóneo for someone who loves structure, enjoys supporting creative teams, and brings warmth, confidence, and high standards to client communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define scope, timeline, milestones, resources, and priorities
- Coordinate tasks across UX UI design, development, QA, and content




- Track progress, manage risks, remove blockers, and prevent scope creep
- Own client and stakeholder communication in English including meetings, agreements, follow ups, and status updates
- Keep documentation organized and up to date in the project management tools
- Support smooth project closeout with handoff, final documentation, and lessons learned

REQUIREMENTS
- English C2 required (speaking and writing will be evaluated)
- Experience as a Project Manager for web projects (agency or in house)
- Strong organization, follow up discipline, and clear communication
- Comfort with project management tools such as Asana Jira Monday Trello or Notion
- Comfort with documentation using Google Workspace

NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with Figma handoff, QA workflows, and CMS platforms such as Webflow WordPress or Shopify
