About the Role:
Manage and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for the Customer's complaints. Responsible for improving the overall quality performance of the product that we deliver to our customers. Compliance with QRO pathway matrix, Quality management system BMS and QMS, IATF 16949,
ISO 14001 AND ESDS 20,20 as well as customer specific requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
- Responsible for maintaining and continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
- Manage containment actions for 0KM concerns and quality proactive notifications (including customer sorting & Quality Alerts).
- Manage additional controls with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP + 90 days (Safe Launch Plan)
- Execute IPSO Audit to ensure the transfer to production of new products is in accordance with approved data.
- Manage quality RMA process, review, and confirm customer deductions due to 0Km concerns (mass production).
- Support the quality Inspectors and technicians to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
