Job Summary:
As a Trainee Quality at VALEO SYLVANIA ILUMINACION, S.de R.L de C.V., you will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance processes within a manufacturing environment. You will support the Quality team in ensuring product excellence and adherence to established standards and specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify defects or non-conformities.
- Support the collection and analysis of quality data, including defect rates,



rework, and scrap.
- Participate in the investigation of quality issues, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation, records, and reports.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and quality procedures.

Job Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program (e.g., industrial, mechanical, electrical), quality management, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of quality principles and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
