Position Overview
You will be responsible to coordinate and lead the coordination of the _Global Project CApS Team(s)_ ensuring proactive communication and interface with multiple key stakeholders. Identify project goals and scope, plan and manage projects and report on project status, monitor progress, identify risk along with escalations. The role will focus on areas including assurance, projects controls, document controls, reporting and others as required. Additionally, address technical queries, business needs, consulting,
and product expertise to customers and provide support in implementation of the corporate guidance.
Skills:
- Advance Business fluency in English
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing projects
- PMP/ITIL Certification is desirable
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies: SAFe, Scrum
- Experience in IT Service Management delivery and support activities
- Exposure to PLM domain, Product Development process would be an added advantage
- Prior working experience in engineering and manufacturing industries is an added advantage

Initiate and Execute a Project Structure and Governance Model.
- Manage the Project throughout the Project life-cycle:
- Review the contract and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations.
- Proactively monitor the project's overall progress, resolving issues and initiate corrective and preventive action as appropriate.
