About the role:
As a Sr. Software Developer in the Marketing space, you will focus on designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions, with a strong emphasis on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).
Your role also involves the optimization of solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability, while also implementing robust audit, monitoring, backup,
and archival solutions to support compliance. Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, you will translate business needs into effective technical solutions, maintaining continuous dialogue with both business and IT teams to ensure robustness, accuracy and consistency.
How you will contribute
- Design & implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with a strong emphasis on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
- Develop personalized customer journeys, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and workflows
