About the Role

As part of our Clinical Data Science & Evidence (CDSE) organization, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the function.
- In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of CDSE Operations, acting as a key partner to ensure smooth execution of projects, improved processes, and effective stakeholder collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- You will play a critical role in enabling CDSE operations through:
- Supporting the execution of the Evidence & Insights Generation Plan (EIGP), including coordination of inputs, editorial support, and delivery of presentations
- Coordinating internal and external communications, including CDSE newsletters and training initiatives
- Supporting the development and maintenance of KPIs and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Driving process improvements and project management best practices across the team
- Supporting research governance processes, contributing to standardization, documentation, and audit readiness
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives
- Preparing and coordinating department meetings, ensuring follow-ups on agreed action items
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and operational tools
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a relat
