The Focus Controller Manager is responsible for leading financial controlling and performance management within manufacturing operations, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making, while driving digitalization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead factory controlling activities, including KPI monitoring, cost analysis, and financial performance tracking.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Manage plant P&L;, inventory controlling, and capital expenditure reporting.
- Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Drive finance digitalization through automation and process improvements.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling,
preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, P&L;, and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify root causes, and drive business decisions based on insights.
