Backbase seeks a senior Customer Success Director to own the region’s most strategic customer relationships from engagement through renewal and expansion. You will serve as the executive-level trusted advisor, ensuring each institution realizes durable value from the Backbase platform.
You’ll build multi-level stakeholder relationships, establish governance with senior leaders, and own the success plan to drive adoption, growth, and advocacy across delivery, product, and commercial teams.
