SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized automotive software and embedded engineering profiles, partnering with integral and local stakeholders to scale software engineering capabilities.
You will conduct competency-based interviews in English and Spanish, leverage ATS and sourcing platforms, and manage offers and market benchmarking in Mexico.
