We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
Manage and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.
Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and people leadership.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Experience working with quality and manufacturing systems.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
