Job Description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at AGGREGATUM, you will be part of an international technical team responsible for the design, automation, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and platforms supporting enterprise applications.

We are looking for a professional with 5+ years of proven hands‑on experience in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, and systems administration , with the ability to work independently in production environments and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines, automating infrastructure, managing Linux and Cloud environments, deploying containerized applications, and monitoring critical services.

You will also collaborate closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to improve application stability, scalability, security, performance, and availability.

The role requires experience working with business‑critical production environments , incident troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and automation of operational processes.

This is a full‑time hybrid position , primarily based in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico , with a combination of on‑site and remote work depending on project requirements.

Requirements





5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.

Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as:

Terraform

Ansible

CloudFormation

Or equivalent infrastructure automation tools.

Advanced experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.

Hands‑on experience with tools such as:

Jenkins

GitLab CI/CD

GitHub Actions

Azure DevOps Pipelines

Or equivalent platforms.

Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes , including deployment, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of containerized applications.

Practical knowledge of Kubernetes concepts such as:

Services

Ingress

ConfigMaps

Secrets

Persistent Volumes

Helm

Workload and cluster troubleshooting.

Experience working with at least one major public Cloud platform , preferably:

Advanced Linux systems administration experience, including:

Services and process management
